When Ryan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. He walks daily with his wife and takes his son to the park routinely, where they ride bikes and practice soccer, football, basketball, and baseball. Ryan also has an interest in hockey. Though he misses his days as a player, he still skates/blades as often as he can and tries to catch Red Wings games when he has the time. He hopes to one day re-join an adult league when his son is old enough for what he considers the ultimate father-son bonding experience.

Maysa is from Brazil and she loves hot summer weather. She likes dancing and traveling. She had the opportunity to travel to most parts of her country, viewing examples of how Mother Nature is generous to us. Since she moved to the U.S. in 2006, she had the chance to visit many US states, which she has found amazing. She is also a mother of a swimmer, who keeps her very busy attending swim meets, most weekends.
